San Bernardino Valley College
English is the study and production of writing in English, especially literature. The elements and structures of fiction, poetry, drama and the essay are studied. The ethnic, cultural, social, economic and historical foundations of literary works are analyzed as well as their influences on the creation and reception of those works.
