San Diego City College
The Certificate of Achievement in Cosmetology provides students with practical and theoretical cosmetology training that prepares the student for the California Board of Cosmetology examination. Students gain the knowledge and hands-on skills on all aspects of the beauty industry under the supervision of trained professionals. A grade of “C” or better must be maintained in order to advance in the course sequence.
