The Wine Production Certificate program teaches the basic knowledge and skills necessary to produce quality wines, including winery practices, day-to-day operations, wine chemistry, and viticulture. Students get hands-on experience by participating in a full year of winery operations in the college's state-of-the-art commercial teaching winery.
