This program teaches the basic knowledge and skills needed to produce quality wines, covering wine production from vine to bottle, current winery practices, day-to-day operations, wine chemistry, and viticulture. Students gain hands-on experience by participating in a full year of winery operations in the college's commercial teaching winery.
