The Wine Production AAS-T degree teaches the knowledge and skills necessary to produce quality wines, from viticulture and wine chemistry through cellar management and bottling, with a full year of hands-on winery operations. This degree is designed for students who want technical skills for employment but may also want to transfer to a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) program or a four-year institution.
