The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Literacy Education is designed to equip classroom teachers with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to increase student success for all learners. Teachers explore current trends in literacy instruction, align curricula with Common Core State Standards and the Every Student Succeeds Act, and meet Maryland State Department of Education coursework requirements for a Reading Teacher endorsement.
