The major in Writing Studies enables students to learn to write effectively in a range of genres, and to think critically and creatively, with a well-rounded liberal arts education in the sciences and the humanities. Three tracks are offered: Creative Writing, Technical Communication, and Rhetoric, Writing, and Social Change.
